During our family getaway at Bretton House Farm Retreat, we were delighted to discover how convenient it was to reach from the airport, only 52 km away. This made our journey with the little ones much more manageable. Being around 18 km from Chester Zoo was a real highlight for us, as the kids couldn't contain their excitement to visit. From the spacious rooms to the well-equipped kitchen, the property offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the children especially enjoyed the ample hiding spots, perfect for a game of Hide and Seek. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues, the overall charm and historical features of the house won us over. We had a lovely time exploring the huge garden and relaxing by the log burner. Overall, Bretton House Farm Retreat provided a family-friendly and enjoyable experience for us.
